What to Expect During Your First Visit?
During your initial visit, our team will:
- Review your dental and medical history forms
- Fully examine your teeth and gums
- Take x-rays of your mouth
- Check for cavities or early signs of tooth decay
- Clean and polish your teeth
- Create a customized treatment plan and answer your questions

Financial Information
Our office is in-network with most PPO providers. We recommend contacting both your insurance provider and our office before your appointment to verify your coverage. Additionally, we accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), as well as CHIP and Medicaid.
Please note that you are responsible for any costs not covered by insurance, including co-pays and out-of-pocket expenses. Payment is due at the time of your appointment, and our office accepts the following forms of payment:
